I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Chongqing. The reception space was impressive, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was top-notch. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent, with a well-functioning air conditioning system and comfortable beds on the 15th floor. The location was also great, as it was close to a shopping mall in the city center, making transportation convenient.
It was all superb.

Honestly no reason to complain. Free parking on-site was provided. 10 minutes walk from a metro station;))

A great location very close to all attractions, just 12 miles from the airport, making it a perfect place for a city break.

The hotel offered free internet access which was great, as well as a clean and comfortable room with all the necessary amenities we needed for the weekend stay. The location was handy, with restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfast selection was good and affordable.
The hotel's service left a lot to be desired. The check-in process was disorganized and not a welcoming experience.

This hotel offered a truly luxurious experience. From the moment we arrived, the exclusive amenities and attentive service made us feel pampered. the swimming pool was a highlight, featuring a beautiful design and comfortable loungers. Our room had exclusive advantages such as a private balcony and stunning views of the city. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were also impressive, providing an excellent selection of high-quality dishes and drinks.
The only minor issue we encountered was the location. Although the hotel had some location advantages, it was not as central as we would have liked.

the location was fantastic, as it was close to a shopping mall and in the city center. the room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. the service provided by the staff was excellent, and they were very helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. the hotel had great facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool.
I did notice that the Wi-Fi connection in the lobby was quite weak.

Spent Xmas here for 4 nights and was pleased overall. the room was comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly. the breakfast had a good variety of local and international cuisine. the location was perfect, near to offices and malls.
The check-in process was slow and a bit disorganized. the gym was small and some equipment was broken.
